Stephen Lewis
Stephen Lewis was born on November 11th, 1937 and is currently 79 years old. He is a famous Canadian politician, public speaker, and the leader for a social political group. He founded the The Stephen Lewis Foundation, this helps to attack HIV & AIDS in Africa by providing care and support to women, orphaned children, grandmothers and people living with HIV & AIDS. Since 2003, they have funded over 1,400 initiatives, partnering with more than 300 community-based organizations in the 15 African countries hardest hit by the global AIDS epidemic. He was also appointed a Companion of the Order of Canada (2002) and was awarded the Pearson Peace medal (2004) by the UN Association in Canada. Among his current roles, he is a member of the World Health Organization (WHO).
