Jacque Plante
Jacque Plante was a Canadian ice hockey goaltender. He was born on January 17, 1992. He played for Edmonton Oilers, NHL, New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues, Toronto Maple Leafs, Boston Bruins, World Hockey Association and the Montreal Canadiens. He also made history by planting the seeds for the first hockey face mask. The idea was triggered when he first got hit by a puck while serving as a goaltender. He refused to go back in the game unless he was aloud to wear a mask. He also won 2 awards the Venzia Trophy and Hart Memorial Trophy.
