Guido Basso was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was a famous jazz musician. He was a trumpeter, flugelhornist, harmonica- player, arranger, composer and conductor. In the year 2003 he won a Juno award for “Traditional Jazz Album Of the Year” for Turn Out the Stars.
